We adopt UG and pro-e software combined with AutoCAD in the design of moulds and use programming control during the manufacture process of moulds. We've got abundant experience of auto electron parts, cellphone antennae, and shells and frames of electrical equipment. The precision of moulds and products is ±0.005mm and ±0.02mm respectively. We choose high quality mould steel as the material of mould cores, which can be used for over 2 million times. |
